Transportation from Waikiki leaves at 9:15am. En route to our destination, your knowledgable guide will explain the history of the valley and the recent efforts to restore it to it's natural state. Upon arrival at Waimea Valley, you will be greeted by a docent who will provide an orientaiton and prepare you with all necessary tools and instructions. Then it's time to get your hands dirty. The volunteer work consists of digging, weeding, planting, painting, raking, and various other maintenance activities.

After a few hours of work it's time for a local style lunch. Then it's time to cool off in a beautiful waterfall or sandy white beach.
